Maryann Scholts

Maryann Scholts, 71, of Whiting, NJ passed on Thursday, October 10, 2019. Born in Passaic, NJ to her late parents, Francis and Frances Sippie, she lived many years in the Pine Lake Park section of Manchester Twsp, NJ. Maryann had been employed by the  Board of Education in Eatontown, NJ.

Her outgoing personality and love of cooking always created a house full of family and friends gathering to eat, laugh and enjoy each others company. Maryann had an "open door" policy  and all were made to feel welcome in her home.

Predeceased by her husband John and her son Robert Scholts, she is survived by her two loving daughters and their spouses, Laura and Rich Calderon, Lisa and Robert Dolan; her loving daughter-in-law, Robyn Scholts; seven cherished grandchildren, Ryan, John, Justin, Emily, Danny, Jacob and Jaden; one cherished great grandson, Ashton; her devoted brother, Edwin and wife Joan Sippie.

Viewing Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 10 AM to 12 PM with a Blessing to follow 12 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Interment will follow in Bg. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Vet. Mem. Cemetery, Arneytown.
