Laura J. Rea

Laura J. Rea, 41, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Born in Neptune, NJ Laura was an avid fan of the New York Yankees, the Dallas Cowboys, Bruce Springsteen, and James Taylor. She enjoyed outdoor activities like going to the beach and reading a good book as well as going off-roading in her Dodge Durango. She also enjoyed staying in and watching Lord of the Rings and Little House on the Prairie. She had an iridescent glow when she smiled, and a fiery warmth that she made sure reached all of her loved ones. She loved people with full force. Laura will be very missed by so many.

She is survived by her three loving children, Caroline E. Rea, Kenneth J. Rea, Kevin B. Rea all of Manahawkin, NJ; her beloved mother, Linda Kelsey; two devoted brothers, Brian and Michael Kelsey; her cherished boyfriend, Dan Silva. Laura was predeceased by her father, Brian Kelsey.

Viewing Friday, October 4, 2019 from 5 to 8 PM at Barnegat Funeral home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered Saturday 11 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Brant Beach, NJ. Private cremation to follow.
