I worked with Frank for many years with Ebasco Services. He was an excellent co-worker and friend. He was a good one and will be missed. My family and I wish to express our heartfelt condolences. May he rest in peace and may God bless his family and loved ones.

We enjoyed Franks company on occasions when we got together to just be neighbors. I admired his humor, intelligence and order to things in life. We will miss him.

Frank will always be remembered by his friends at Ocean County Historical Society as a wonderful gentleman and dedicated member of the Society's Board of Trustees for many years. He gave his time and wisdom without reservation. We shall miss him.
