Edward J. Cozzi

Edward J. Cozzi, 82, of Barnegat passed July 10, 2018. A US Army veteran, he formerly resided in Clark, NJ. Edward was a member of The American Legion Post 232 in Barnegat; the BPOE Elks Lodge 2340 and the Italian American Club, both of Manahawkin.

Predeceased by a daughter, Caren Hendrickson, he is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Marie Cozzi; two loving children, Edward Cozzi and his wife Cheryl, Annette Cozzi; four cherished grandchildren, Victoria, Kristin, Olivia and Jason; two cherished great grandchildren, Riley and Ryan.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, July 18th, 11 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Barnegat. A Memorial Gathering will be held Wednesday 3 to 6 PM at the Barnegat Funeral Home; 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Entombment of cremains with a Committal Service will be held Thursday 11 AM at St. Gertrude Crucifixion Mausoleum, Colonia, NJ. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
