Denise M. Pochat, 89, of Barnegat passed July 9, 2017 at home. Born in Milltown, NJ to her late parents, Jean and Therese Kervran, she was raised in Brittany, France before returning to the US and settling in Valhalla, NY.

Denise was predeceased by her beloved husband, Yves L. Pochat; a brother, Andre and wife Yvonne Kervran; her daughter-in-law, Denise L. Pochat. Surviving are her two loving children, Christian Pochat, Jacqueline and husband Lawrence Spinner; four cherished grandchildren, Brian and Kathryn Spinner, Caroline and Maeve Pochat; her sister, Renee Gallic; her brother, Francois Kervran; her sister-in-law, Marguerite Kervran and many loved nieces and nephews.

Viewing Thursday, July 13th from 4 to 8 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Mass offered Friday 11 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Barnegat. Entombment to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Manahawkin. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
