Thomas D. Simone, Sr.

Thomas D. Simone, Sr., 81, of Barnegat passed on Saturday, September 8, 2018. Born in Brooklyn NY to his late parents, Dominic and Concetta Simone, he is a veteran of the US Army. Thomas worked as a Project Supervisor for heavy civil construction sites, and was a member of  The Union of Operating Engineers.

Predeceased by his sister, Marie Pecora, he is survived by his two loving children and their spouses, Suzanne and Michael Lohn, Thomas, Jr. and Ruth Simone; four cherished grandchildren, Connie, Stephanie, Anthony and Danielle; one cherished great grandson, Gavin; his devoted brother, Dennis Simone.

Viewing Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 4 to 8 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat. Mass offered Wednesday 12 PM at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat. Entombment to follow in White Cedars Memorial Park, Manahawkin.
