Stella Palmer, 74, of Barnegat passed Tuesday, January 9, 2018 after a battle with cancer with her family by her side. Formerly of Manchester Twsp., she retired from Lucent Technologies. She was a master gardener who enjoyed the beauty of flowers, and took pride in her gardens. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. 

Predeceased by a sister, Alice Rickard, she is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, James Palmer; two loving sons and their spouses, Michael and Judy Palmer, Kenneth and Robyn Palmer; four cherished grandchildren, Hayden, Evan, Molly and Maxwell; two devoted sisters, Margo Margarites and Rene Conte.
