Rose E. Knox, 70, of Barnegat passed October 12, 2016.  Born in Neptune, NJ to her late parents, Charles and Caroline Ordino, she formerly resided in Wall Twsp. and retired from Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies in Holmdel, where she worked for 29 years. A square dancing enthusiast, Rose was a member of the Jersey Shore Prominaders and the Red Rose Exhibition Square Dance Team. She was also an associate member of The Raritan Roadrunners Motorcycle Club.

Predeceased by her sister, Mary Louise Mahaffey, she is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Gregory Knox; three loving daughters and their spouses, Kim and Matthew DeMartino, Amy and Robert Clement, Jodi and James Westhead; four cherished grandchildren, Ava Moon, Lily Rose, Leo Matthew, Cassie James; three devoted brothers, Charles, Anthony and Salvatore Ordino.

Viewing Sunday, Oct. 16 from 2 to 5 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Mass offered Monday 11 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Barnegat.
