Joseph F. Gable, Jr., 83, of Barnegat passed January 7, 2018. A US Army Veteran, he formerly resided in Bayonne, NJ where he was a communicant of O.L. of Mt. Carmel Church, the Mt. Carmel Lyceum, and Scout Leader for the Boy Scouts of America for many years.

Surviving are his beloved wife, Barbara (Wadas) Gable; two loving children, Jeffrey and Jennifer Gable; three brothers, Ronald, Robert and Alexander Gable as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Viewing Tuesday, Jan. 9th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Mass offered Wednesday, 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Barnegat. Interment in Bg. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Vet. Mem. Cemetery, Arneytown. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
