John A. Ventre, 92, of Waretown passed Sunday, November 19, 2017. Born in New York City, he was the youngest of eight children to his late parents, Stephen and Catherine Ventre. John is a US Army Veteran of WWII and life member of The American Legion.

Predeceased by his daughter, Diane Ventre, he is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Esther (Fellini) Ventre; two loving sons and their spouses, Louis and Alexis Ventre, John and Wendy Ventre; his devoted sister, Stella Chico.

Memorial Mass offered Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11 AM at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat, NJ.
