Jason P. Zelko, 34, of Barnegat passed October 9, 2016 at home. He lived most of his life in Middletown, NJ and was an avid NY Rangers and Giants fan.

Jason is survived by his beloved daughter, Savannah; his loving father, Samuel Zelko, Jr.; devoted brother, Nick; cherished aunt Denise and uncle Butch; many close knit cousins; his BFF, Jenna and many friends.
