James A. Valentino, 75, of Waretown, NJ passed September 14, 2017. A US Navy Veteran, he was born in Jersey City and formerly resided in North Arlington, NJ. James was since retired but self- employed, most of his career, as an artist in the hoagie making business; an owner of multiple Blimpie franchises through the years and one of the franchises’ original group of owners.
Predeceased by his beloved wife, Kathleen Valentino, he is survived by two loving children, son Mark and wife Lisa Valentino, daughter Jennifer Valentino and four cherished grandchildren, Sara, Katelyn, Connor and Madison.  He was predeceased by his loving brother, Eugene Valentino.
