Francisco “Paco” Montaner, 61, of Barnegat passed Saturday, June 3, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born July 9, 1955 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to his late parents, Alejandro and Hilda Montaner. A long-time resident of Howell, NJ he enjoyed fishing and boating with his family.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 36 years, Nilsa (Rivera) Montaner; two loving children, Jason Montaner and his fiancée Michelle Guba, Erika Serrano and her husband Jose; two cherished grandchildren, Brielle and Olivia; seven brothers and sisters and their spouses, Alejandro and Carmen Montaner, Juan Carlos and Norma Montaner, Hector and Cecilia Montaner, Ivan Montaner, Jose and Vanessa Montaner, Maria Montaner and Sarita Montaner.

Viewing Monday, June 5th from 4 to 8 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ with a Blessing Service to follow at 8 PM. Cremation private.
