Elizabeth Mezzina, 91, of Barnegat passed Friday, July 21, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Hoboken, NJ to her late parents, Matthew and Maria DeGennaro, she was one of eleven children. Elizabeth had been the owner of Mezzina's Bread Box in Waretown.

Surviving are her beloved husband of 45 years, Sam Mezzina; four loving children and their spouses, Lucille and Richard Reid, Gary and Carol Cerborino, Craig and Lana Cerborino, Nick and Nancy Mezzina; eight cherished grandchildren and eight cherished great grandchildren.

Viewing Monday, July 24 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Blessing Service Tuesday 11 AM at funeral home. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer's Association appreciated. (www.alz.org)
